Workshop IT awareness for HR and recruitment
Many HR employees and recruiters in the IT sector will be familiar with the following situation:
on the one hand a vacancy / job description full of technical terms, product names, and acronyms, and on the other hand a stack of resumes with the same number of technical terms, product names and acronyms ... but probably not the same.
How do I choose the right candidate for the job?
Insight into the complex and rapidly changing IT world is essential for this.
This course offers a solid reference frame for placing the many 'cries' and seeing the connections, with concrete examples and demos. Without going too deeply into technical details, we teach you to see the forest for the trees.
We pay special attention to functions and profiles (web developer, system engineer, database administrator, etc.) and we work interactively with vacancies and CVs.
